We would like to invite you to the Arts & Crafts Mission Market. The Market is a fundraiser for the Calvary United Methodist Women's (CUMW) Missions.

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have additional questions concerning the Market. In order to achieve a high quality event we know you will understand and cooperate fully with the following requirements. The CUMW will do everything in its power to ensure the successful completion of the Market and produce an event of which everyone associated will be proud.

ITEMS THAT WILL BE ACCEPTED
Items may include: art, handmade crafts, handmade clothing, jewelry etc. Commercially made items will not be accepted. Some specialty food booths will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of vendors selling the same type of item. This is for the benefit of both the seller and the event. For example, we do not want 20 jewelry vendors competing against one another. This would be unfair to each of you participating and would allow little diversity of shopping for our patrons. There will be a sale of donated baked goods in an area apart from the general vendor area.

ITEMS THAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Used household items, antiques, department store items, wholesale items and direct marketing merchandise such as Pampered Chef, Silpada Jewelry etc will not be accepted. Please provide a general list of items you wish to offer for sale along with pictures as to the general quality of the items.

THE CUMW MARKET COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR DENY ANY VENDOR AT THEIR DISCRETION.

SHOW HOURS
Saturday, November 22, 2008 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. You must remain set up and open during all hours of the show. There will be no early breakdowns.

SET UP
Friday November 21st from (4 - 8 P.M.) Doors will open to vendors at 7:00 A.M. on Saturday.

ALL VENDORS MUST BE READY TO OPEN FOR BUSINESS BY 8:30 A.M. ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 22ND.
